Enable to recovery more than 20.000 boards per shift with 50 – 70 pcs./min. The OptiDriveLine masterfully controls the top league of the edger optimizing systems. The state of the art edger optimizer system achieves an average performance of 50 boards per minute in almost no time after start-up. Even with peak speed of 70 boards per minute, the complete board manipulation and edging process is always controlled and smooth. The edger optimizer OptiDriveLine is the first choice for the demanding side board processing in an industrial sawmill. Depending on the space available, the board scanning is done with a transverse or linear scanning system.

– Band saw technology
EWD Bandsaw Technology stands for high recovery, flexibility and high performance. New bandsaw steel qualities allow longer hours of operation with even thinner blade thickness. The demanding job of the saw filing of bandsaw blades is now done automatically by a new generation of stellite-tipping, grinding-, levelling and tensioning machines with highest reliability. For highest production, EWD enable to compatible feeding speed over 60m/min with thin kerf system.
