<p>Mixon provide effective gluing solution from Sweden that, mixing two components glue and hardener. Installation in Japan is over 100 units , and it is highly assessed as a stable mixing technology in Japanese market.<br><br></p>



<p>Glue and
hardener are mixed in a static mixer. Accuracy of dosage is maintained within
the limits set by the control authority, and manual dosage control can be
carried out by test weighting the glue and hardener.</p>



<p>Hydraulic
pump unit enable to feed high viscosity glue and hardener stably with
controlled high pressure. </p>



<p>Matrix
application is a method where the tool applying glue has been formed in the
same way as the surface to be coated with glue.</p>



<p>The
Mixon matrix applicator is a complete device which transfers the glue to the
cut-off surface of the wood under pressure and with controlled dosage and
amount of glue, thus saving glue and providing good conditions for strong
bonding.</p>



<p>The glue
application opening time is controlled by an automatic valve fitted to the glue
matrix. In this way reaction is optimized at the same time as any excess glue
can be minimized at the start and end of the gluing sequence.</p>



<p>The
equipment can be flushed normally without disassembly during daily cleaning
maintenance. </p>



<p>Water
consumption on flushing may vary with different types of glue, but is always
extremely low in comparison with conventional methods.</p>



<p>The
application matrix can be dismantled with simple movements for more
comprehensive cleaning. Where detergents are used the equipment is fitted with
a detergent pump.</p>



<p>When producing goods with glue where a high temperature has a deleterious effect on the working life of the glue and complicates production, additional equipment is available to cool the glue with a simpler and more comprehensive procedure. <br><br></p>

of glue, environment, and all other situation for each single customer.</p>

<p>The profiling technology is the most efficient process for producing lumber. Profiling lines produce center products and sideboards in one single pass: fully automatic and monitored by one operator only from its ergonomic central control panel. High precision saw lines produce high-quality lumber with narrow dimension tolerances being sought after on the market.</p>



<p>The optimizing program uses the 3D-data from the entrance scanner for determining the optimum sideboard thickness, width and position. The permitted dimensions are taken from a table edited by the operator which also includes values. Additional data such as permitted percentage of wane and cutting lengths are also used for determining dimensions. Value optimized sideboards are the result.</p>



<p>Log feed speed up to 200 m /min, and the capacity of input log over 10 pcs /min and max over 20 pcs /min. Suggestion of plant for Japanese market is from 50,000 m3 to over 300,000 m3 of the amount of log input per year. LINCK enable to propose suitable line constitute for each single customer.<br><br></p>



<p>First installation of LINCK and EWD plant in Japan is in 2017, and it makes big influence to Japan sawmill.<br><br></p>

<p>TECHNO WALL is a CNC controlled, patented woodworking center for panel processing. It can process wall panels in widths of 3000 to 8000 mm wide, thickness up to 400 mm and, because of its modular structure, unlimited length. What makes this machine unique is a patented tool holder of exchangeable tools with a permanent saw blade of diameter up to 1000 mm and a 5-axis tool changer that can host large-dimension tools for processing just about any material.<br><br></p>
